Shipping policy

All items held in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  All other items marked as a Made to Order will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks on receipt of payment. You will be notified of this at the time of order. It is up to you, the customer, to know about and to pay for the shipping taxes in your own country. Helon Melon (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs accrued from custom taxation or abandoned packages. International vendors must agree to these terms when placing orders.
